The ultrasonic welding equipment is suitable for batch production  automatic production environment; the ultrasonic system, electrical configuration  control part of this machine are all original accessories,  are controlled by servo motor to make the whole machine run stably; the spot welding system is composed of mechanical device, power supply device  control device.

In order to meet the requirements of welding process, the pressure mechanism (welding tongs) adopts double stroke pneumatic transmission mechanism. The opening of welding tongs can be changed by switching the stroke control handle, which can be divided into large opening  small opening, which meet the requirements of welding operation. When the control button is switched to the "power on" position  the handle switch is buckled, the welding tongs are clamped  pressurized. At the same time, the current returns to the short stroke opening state after completing a welding cycle under the control of the control system.

The main power circuit consists of resistance welding transformer, thyristor unit, main power switch  welding circuit. At present, our welding equipment is a single-phase AC resistance welding machine with power of 200KVA  secondary output voltage of 20V. Due to the co production of various models, the welding tongs need to weld steel plates  low carbon steel plates,  the arm of welding tongs needs to transfer large mechanical force  welding current. Therefore, the strength, stiffness  heating of welding tongs should meet the requirements,  they should have good conductivity  thermal conductivity. At the same time, water cooling is required for the welding tongs. Therefore, the electrode arm of the welding tongs should be able to withstand the pressure of 400kg.
